Love the walk/run - makes exercise goals manageable!
Started with cough to 5k and now moved over to couch to 10K. I’m confident I will hit one of my life goals of running 10K and beyond in pet because of this app.
I love this program. Wish I would keep up the running.
This used to be one of my favourite running apps but now they are trying to charge and obscene amount per month. Why does everything have to price gouge lately!?
The app was okay before. It was a nice ramp up to 10K that I started and re-started every year to get into shape for a 10K race. But really all the app is is a set of timers and a schedule that you can find any of 10 other places on the internet. I can set up the timers on my watch. I just had no reason to before. I’d pay maybe $10 ish for a permanent no ads always able to start again version of this. I’m not going to pay $30 a year for a set of timers and a schedule that 10 other apps or websites have free Actual app? The timers were mostly okay. But I had occasional problems with them stopping mid run or the app crashing. That was last year so maybe fixed. It attempts to do gps but does a bad job at it. Never used any of the other features
I’ve used this app for years now and it’s a great app but I now downloaded it on a new phone and I see that you can only have the first two weeks on the free version. Real buzz kill.
The app looks and works well. Apple Watch integration is solid. But even the most basic necessary features are not free and require an ongoing subscription. I’d happily pay a couple of bucks, one time, but I’m not interested in a subscription for this. Looking for alternatives…
week 1 + 1/3 of week 2 before charging. There are a ton of podcasts and cheaper apps to run the same program. Even their own 5k app only charges for the extras not for the runs. Honestly this leaves a bad enough taste in my mouth to make me want to delete that app too.
This was a very good running app, sweet n& simple….until they start charging for subscription. I stopped using it for this reason. Penny wise pound foolish. think they run two big screen ads when I turned it on is plenty for money.
Time delay ad on opening the app
