Starting to lean out!!! Muscle is coming along, So thankful for The Self discipline and the fabulous Seth Max for guidance!! Oh my I could cry Im so happy 😀 down 37 lbs since mid November! I swear you will love this app!!! So grateful!!! Really appreciate knowing the macros. I was definitely under eating protein!! I feel like a new person ❤️❤️🙏. Healing every day !! Hands down the best fitness app, has almost everything together. You get a personal advisor on top of that with a very small monthly sub plan.

Ive been using this app for a little over a month and found it alright. I like that they have motivational videos and tracking your weekly goals. Unfortunately the food tracking felt unfinished as a product. A lot of the food I scanned wasn’t in the database. I ended up having to use My Fitness Pal to measure food, and that app is free for the basic version. Overall, I was not happy with the experience and request a refund.

At first I felt it was missing features…but then I found them. Great app. Could use a bit of fine tuning with food tracking list but otherwise I love this app.

Supported the app when it was new with yearly subscription now it’s 50% more and no longer has a free option. Their contest says no purchase necessary yet you have to purchase the subscription to use the app needed for the contest. I never got enough value out of the app but all my personal information and photos were there and now everything is gone. The last time I had a coach on there he didn’t respond once. Disappointed.

App is soooo bad never loads and constantly crashes

Foods I use allll the time disappearing off the recent foods lists is so annoying and time consuming to go back and renter them especially with uncommon foods Please fix this

This app is phenomenal. You can track your nutrition, progress (via photos and measurements), workout completion ( workouts are provided), metrics and access the workout description videos. There is a team advisor that guides and answers all questions in real time! Finally!

App is ok for workouts… instructors take days/weeks to respond and sometimes don’t respond at all. Brutal will not be keeping

1st Phorm updated their app - effective today, users who were previously using the free version of the app are no longer able to log into the app to view personal data and information. When I opened the app I was automatically prompted to pay for a monthly or yearly subscription. I have been using this app for a few years now and am in disbelief that users were not notified that they would be forced to pay to use the app but rather locked out without warning on January 1, 2022. I started an online chat with the hope of being able to access my information that I have manually inputted however, was advised that this would only be accomplished if I pay. Although the member who participated in the online chat was nice and tried to be helpful- it does not fix the issue of 1st Phorm locking out users without warning and expecting a payout. This is bad taste that really shows users that they do not care about those who used their free version- including those who have used the free version and have referred others to the brand, supplement line, clothing line, app etc.
