I love the app and the exercises. It’s really helpful for me keeping track of my weight loss journey and helping with my flexibility but it has too many to buy options and less free opportunities. People like me who can’t afford it, can’t use the app. That’s sad
Just finished my first session this morning, and I really feel super pumped up for the day. This is something I would normally expect in weightlifting exercises. So this is a very pleasant surprise as it is less time consuming. Looking forward to tomorrow

This workout was the best wasn’t to easy or challenging and you don’t have to pay and no ads so to all of the haters to the workouts your blind.
Great routines and variety in the workouts as well as large range of time you have to commit to doing that day. Very flexible and accommodating subscription options and syncs with apple data which helps with tracking.
