Very bad experience with your exchange policy which states that you’re not entitled to exchange the item if it’s out of stock… Moreover customer service was so bad in dealing with such case

Pathetic application… it’s stuck on payment interface… No action taken despite complaining multiple times…

I love this app very much but I just don’t like that they always tell us payment aborted in the app and send us message unsuccessful payments but they actually delivered our packages. The problem is when you sent this message, we reorder again but all packages came altogether with the one with unsuccessful orders. And it’s soannoying bcs we have to return them back, waiting for delivery guy again and some items like skincare can be returned.

Unfortunately my order was cancelled. Despite the cancellation, I still have not received my money back even though it has been more than 2 weeks. and they are not responding either via WhatsApp or email. This is unprofessional

I oredered 2 shoes, one of them was charged with international shipping fee while it was never mentioned beforehand. Furthermore after returning the shoe due to wrong size shipped, I was not refunded the shipping fee. Stay away from this platform.

I bought adidas shoes ,,, use it twice but the base peel off and customer service refuse to help ,,, i think not orginal adidas or bring low quality dammage goods لا انصح بالتعامل معهم. اشتريت جزمة اديداس. مع ثاني استخدام. انقطعت من. القاعده و خدمة العملاء لم يفيدوني ... اتوقع البضاعه غير اصليه او من البضاعات المضروبه بالسوق
