I have ordered an Aldo shoe and delivered a used item, the shoes has scratches and one pair doesn't have anything inside which the other has stuff to prevent damages. Its a dusted wrinkled scratched item what i got!!! Such a bad experience, now i cannot return it as iam travelling from tomorrow!! I ll Never try this again!!!

Hi bought a dress which states it’s returnable but when I try to return option was disabled . I reported issue to team , wrote multiple mails after that they bothered to call n said will send someone to pick it’s been 3 months I am still waitinb someone will come to pick . They don’t care about anything. Very very poor customer care and support

I have used 6th Steet often and preferred over physically visiting shops due to the wide range of available options. It offers Great discount as well. It’s better to do 6th street due its hassle free customer service. I never had any regret moment with 6th Street. Experience now. Must recommend.

I have ordered 3 different items separately. All of those orders got cancelled due to shortage of items. If the items not availabe, why they are listing it in website? Got disgusted.

Tried a few times. Lost money. - no proper channel for communication - items are cancelled just like that and no notification for it - some items not delivered and despite following up no answer no refund despite the order being placed a month ago
