Poor service
After exchanging my item for a new size, it has been next to impossible to have my new item delivered. I have called and emailed customer care numerous times as well as submitted a formal complaint. I keep being told that my query is being reviewed and that they will ensure delivery soon. It is almost a week later and I have yet to receive my item or even be provided with a time/date for delivery. The drivers are extremely unprofessional. The first return date was 5 days ago and the driver called at 11pm saying he was a 40 min drive away and asked if he could deliver the following day. I told him I would prefer him not to as I was not gong to be at my residence the following day. The driver then made a note on the order that “the customer” had postponed delivery! This was of course not. The following day I tried to call the driver back and was informed that he will no longer be delivering my order. I then received another notice on the app that evening that my order had been postponed once again due to “incomplete address”, which was also untrue as my full address was listed - not to mention I received no contact from anyone to confirm this. It is now almost a week after my exchange with no idea if/when I will ever receive my order. On top of it all the item on my exchange list appears to be the incorrect color. If this is the case and I need to submit another exchange I doubt my size will be in stock as it is a popular item. Furthermore I’ll be leaving Dubai soon and at this rate I would have left before I receive the item. In conclusion my experience has been dismal. I would advise against using this company if you are looking for an efficient apparel delivery store as my experience has been anything but efficient.
