70mai (Worldwide)

My 4g hardwire kit does not want to connect or show up in my app. Not automatically, not manually. It also keeps blinking red and whatever i do it never blinks green. I have tried contacting 70mai in app about this WEEKS ago and i still haven’t heard anything.. i bought this dashcam with the 4g ESSPECIALLY for the reason that i get notifications when motion is detected through the app, and now that dont even want to work. Also the motion detection doesnt work proparly, it doesnt record every movement, it esspecially doesnt record humans for some reason while it actually has to detect humans through the AI function my 70mai 810s dashcam has.. spend a lot of money on it for it not even working and the help center doesnt want to help you either.

(70mai smart dash can) Always taking photos or recording videos without me asking for it. Even when the radio is off and nobody is talking. Same for the wi-fi hotspot.

It kept saying to format the memorycard and the time will be automatically updated blabla, finally saw that a update was available and sadly after downloading and pushing it to the dashcam it keeps turning the wifi hotspot on and off all the time... Once connected in the app it won't allow me to do anything as settingswise or even see the gallery. So I trew the camera out of my car. Driving around while hearing the hotspot connection stuff was driving me insane!

Why can’t we connect to the camera of we don’t grant PERMANENT access to the EXACT gps location ? Ridiculous.
