Abu Dhabi Taxi

Very user friendly. I downloaded the app and had a taxi on the way in a couple of minutes.

It provides cheaper alternatives to other competitors like Uber and Careem. However, the the search for an available taxi is too slow. The app doesn’t give you the option to leave a feedback about your ride. The smell of some taxis I have been in was horrible. Also, the app could use a slicker and more friendly user interface.

The app works, most of the time but that’s just about it. App in general needs a massive revamp at this point it’s easier to call the integrated transport centre line then to use this app because half the time it doesn’t even have the location I’m looking for, ontop of that it takes forever to load and the design of the app could be better in general

Just put the taxis on Careem app.

Update assumes that my number starts with 050!!! When you try to change it the application locks, tried to call the company and file a complain, the employee was not too bright to get it and insisted on transferring me to the booking department, avoid this update, it's dead now

App still can't be used with du mobile numbers. Deleted.

Impossible to use, it takes forever to find a ride, driver don’t see your location. Application reflect wrong life data. Sometimes it assignés the car that is going the wrong direction and waiting time increase. Sometimes driver ignores assignments.

Not all areas are covered. In Rabdan Area we waited more than 30 minutes and no available taxis at all. It was a waste of time.

Don’t bother wasting your time guys. The reliability of such a service is pathetic. We live in a day and age where they promptness and respectful agreement of arranged time cannot be performed. Terrible service! Already 20 minutes late from the booked time and I have 30 minute journey.

The taxi was called at 1:56, the driver was unable to control his emotions! There was a terrible smell in the car! Spun around the entire building and did not arrive at the location. I walked to the car myself and escorted me to the location. The driver chose the long way and the meter spun and the money was written off extra! The invoice shown at the beginning was 42.40; in the end, 58 AED were paid. Quarreled with a passenger and used inappropriate language towards me! This is not the first time that I have heard insults from a driver, there is a terrible smell in the car, and the car is very dirty. Almost all cars stink and the drivers have an armpit smell in the cabin!!!
