Very user friendly. I downloaded the app and had a taxi on the way in a couple of minutes.

Abu Dhabi Taxi is a user friendly application that offers convenience to book a taxi in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region of UAE from your current location, determined by the phone GPS.

Book a taxi from the selected location by clicking Ride Now.
Favorites:
Bookmark your favorite addresses and experience accelerated access for your future taxi bookings.
Booking Status:
Added in app PUSH notification for all taxi bookings.
And also an SMS notification to the registered local number.
Track Taxi:
Locate your taxi for confirmed taxi booking. Tracking available for current bookings and tracking available from the time of confirmation and track his movement towards you.
Cancel booking:
You can cancel the booking by calling the call center or from your app using cancel option.
Feedback:
We value your feedback. You may share your taxi experience with us via “Send a Suggestion” feature from About us.

أضيف ألى التطبيق خدمة "أعلام عن حالة الطلب" لجميع الحجوزات، وكذلك نقوم بإرسال رسالة نصية قصيرة للرقم المحلي المسجل لدينا.
تتبع مركبة ألاُجرة:
حدد موقع مركبة ألاجرة المخصصة لك. التتبع متاح للحجز الحالي و كذلك في وقت تأكيد الحجز ويكون بتتبع حركة مركبة ألاجرة بأتجاهها نحوكم.
إلغاء الحجز:
يمكنكم ألغاء الحجز عن طريق ألاتصال بمركز الحجوزات أو عن طريق التطبيق الخاص بك بالضغط على خيار " إلغاء".

Ok but not great
It provides cheaper alternatives to other competitors like Uber and Careem. However, the the search for an available taxi is too slow. The app doesn’t give you the option to leave a feedback about your ride. The smell of some taxis I have been in was horrible. Also, the app could use a slicker and more friendly user interface.
Desperately needs a revamp
The app works, most of the time but that’s just about it. App in general needs a massive revamp at this point it’s easier to call the integrated transport centre line then to use this app because half the time it doesn’t even have the location I’m looking for, ontop of that it takes forever to load and the design of the app could be better in general
Completely garbage app.
Just put the taxis on Careem app.
Update broke the application
Update assumes that my number starts with 050!!! When you try to change it the application locks, tried to call the company and file a complain, the employee was not too bright to get it and insisted on transferring me to the booking department, avoid this update, it's dead now
Still no du support!?
App still can't be used with du mobile numbers. Deleted.

Soooo badddddddd, I tried almost more than five times, especially for the family car, no response at all. Must take less than one star
App not working properly
i see taxis in my area and it keeps telling me there are none. it also became too slow and it takes so long just to get a taxi assigned when there are dozens around. i don’t really leave reviews but this became too much of an inconvenience for me not to.
Insanely slow service!!
I’ve ordered a taxi from this app many times before. In my last few bookings, the taxi took more than 30 minutes to come (I ended up canceling the ride) and they abort my request many times! Moreover, I called the taxi driver I was assigned to, to see where he was because he was really late compared the the ETA, and he didn’t even answer. Do better.
