Average/bad if you are a tourist
Each time when I booked a taxi the location on the map was inaccurate, so the driver was unable to find me most of the times. Each singe driver had to call me and ask me to explain where I am, which was an impossible job: I am not knowing the city and they are only speaking some words in english. I had to cancel the booking several time after we were unable to met each other. Better go in the street and make a sign with your hand, stop a taxi, then show the address on the phone.
