• Ascoltare audio live o registrati dalle telecamere con un microfono connesso (non disponibile per l'edizione ACC Core)
• Rivedere facilmente i video registrati utilizzando l'indicatore cronologico dei video registrati
• Controllare le telecamere PTZ compresi l'esecuzione di tour e il passaggio a preimpostazioni definite
• Visualizzare video live da telecamere multiple in una volta utilizzando i layout delle viste selezionabili
ACC Mobile 3 è disponibile per l'utilizzo con siti ACC edizione Core, Standard e Enterprise. Sia che la connessione avvenga tramite Avigilon Cloud Services (ACC 7.4.4.14 o una versione più recente) o direttamente (ACC 6.2.0 o una versione più recente), ACC Mobile 3 richiede che i siti ACC eseguano il componente ACC Web Endpoint. ACC Web Endpoint è preinstallato sui registratori video in rete (NVR) e sui dispositivi High Definition Video Appliance (HDVA) di Avigilon, fa parte del firmware per ACC ES Recorder e ACC ES Appliance ed è disponibile come download separato per qualsiasi server che esegue Windows.

Extremely Terrible

Ever since Avigilon switch to their cloud system it is nothing but a great frustration. On iOS it’s terrible that the app does not work at all no matter how many times you uninstall and redownload. I agree with one of the user review 100%. It is really frustrating that after spending 30K we face this kind of issues. Just because of we are not able to see what’s happening at our gas station with this terrible app we are on the way to change over to better option. I have been dealing this for over 3 years and have decided to exit slowly as I don’t have any hope Avigilon would improve. Folks out there do not install Avigilon system. Find another option.

Don’t waste your money

The worst app I have ever used. I have to delete and reinstall daily. I hope the team that developed this app is fired and won’t work in the tech industry in the future. Honestly the worst app I have used

Doesn’t deserve one star

Terrible app. Crashes constantly. Goes thru phases were it tells me my credentials are incorrect then mysteriously fixes itself. For a camera system at this prices point, totally ridiculous.

APP rarely works

Almost without fail. Every time I want to check out the cameras remotely the app does not work.

I’ve had the service, mandated by my company, for about 18 months. First the cost was grossly overpriced and we constantly have problems with connectivity, which means cameras don’t work, record, or protect. Completely unreliable cameras system and software.

Horrible app. Hikvisions app puts Avigilon to shame

The app is terrible. After years of bad reviews I don’t understand why Avigilon hasn’t put out a reliable and useful app. The desktop client is great. Avigilon has to be losing customers to Hikvision because of the mobile app. At Avigilons price point they should have a good mobile app.

Rarely Works

I have never had such a problem, accessing a security camera. The cameras themselves are great but every time you change your password, which is required every 90 days you lose access to those cameras. I would be much better off buying a ring camera as opposed to these. And getting support is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Great cameras and client, terrible mobile app

I don’t think they could make a worse application if they wanted to. They need to scrap it and start over fresh, using different logic.
