Having to delete the app and re install it at least twice a week. I have to do this because it logs me logs sporadicly and then sometimes doesn’t accept my email address/username when I try to log back in. I then delete the app, reinstall it and put the exact same email address in and it works again. So annoying. Also sometimes when selecting a camera I don’t get the play back icon in the top right corner. I go back to the camera list and select the same camera again, and then it appears. Another issue is that the sometimes the thumbnail images of the cameras in the list are jumbled up. For example the image of camera 2 will be shown against camera one etc. Seems that since Avigilon got taken over by Motorola they have let the software side of things slide. I’ve used Avigilon for over ten years and I’ve always been a big supporter, but due to silly things like this I’m thinking of switching over to another brand. Please sort it out.
Often I cannot connect to the EMEA server, requiring several app restarts (v 3.26.4) in order to initiate connection. iOS App is always shut down and not running in the background. When opening an active alarm message you get an alert not found or similar message. If the video needs time to buffer a “please wait” message or similar would be better. Once connected to site it sometimes takes approx 20 seconds for cameras and alerts to load, usually when you really don’t want to wait… My experience is limited to a small, 6 camera site utilising a HDVA 1. Results may vary for large sites with Dell machines perhaps. This is the only time I’d put Hikvision and Avigilon in the same sentence but the Hik-Connect is leaps in front and extremely quick to load. Update: Since upgrading to 3.26.6 the server connectivity issue seems to have been fixed. Nice work Avigilon!
Upgraded to mobile app 3 as 2 is no longer supported.Since day one iOS app has terrible lag ,and PTZ is about 10 seconds behind when moving camera ,have been in contact with Avigilon ,and have done all the checks and settings adjustments they recommended Even just upgraded to server version ACC7 .Still the same Did not have an issue using mobile 2 through server gateway The cloud issues and we end point need some serious updating to be able to use this app,Very dissatisfied
We moved to the version 7 instation and our contractor told us we needed to upgrade the mobile app. Worst thing we ever did. No we can’t pan tilt or zoom properly. Loads of lag. We also can access recorded footage anymore, beyond what has happened within the last couple of hours. This app needs developing / fixing as no issues with previous app

Terrible app. Crashes constantly. Goes thru phases were it tells me my credentials are incorrect then mysteriously fixes itself. For a camera system at this prices point, totally ridiculous.
Almost without fail. Every time I want to check out the cameras remotely the app does not work.
How can they allow this app to perform so poorly?
