RAKBANK App

It is an amazing and secure bank and app and very easy and convenient I think they can add one more feature as referred a friend and get some rewards points in account in safe of fund it will increase bank profits and product and sell and will productivity

It is absolutely great bank. Easy to open account. The service is just perfect. I love their staff that attitude is nice to clients

The so works, but it’s not intuitive in its navigation. Could do with some simplifications.

The verification procedures are close to impossible - absolutely awful

The UI refresh was nicely done and very welcomed - kudos to the team who delivered that version (hence, a jump up to 5 stars) But since then (back down to 3 stars) because I have to ask - has a new team or leadership taken over since the new CEO started? it now feels like the apps heading towards bloatware, when it should be heading towards existing feature streamlining and refinement. Poor leadership & decision making if so. I hope the CEO hires a Chief Product or Design/Experience Officer who genuinely understands customers more than they do internal politics.

App looks nice . But , when we done the transaction , the amount details doesn’t come with transaction Ref Id number . Where is the amount details ? It comes only the transaction ref id number only . Cannot send that screenshot to customers or friends . Pls update it as soon as possible pls .

People need to rely on their bank - but you cannot rely on this terrible app. Under the latest update, the drop down menus no longer function in the transfers page. Useless.

Literally every time o log in there’s an update to do.... we’re talking weekly basis. So frustrating and very annoying

This app is so bad compared to all other banking apps. No credit payments from other banks in the app, only view up to 10 of the last transactions and terrible interface and graphics. Rakbank please review others and update entirely to offer at the very least a similar product to your competitors. Thanks

Won't let me input letters in password field for mobile banking, only numbers... Renders it useless as can't login..
