Camera focus problems
When you click to claim your points from the receipt it doesn’t work because the cameras focus doesn’t work so the code is blurry when you try to bring it closer to fit the box
Hard to register
I can’t register a new account!!! company like ADNOC should have better app with simple registration process

Good app but need to include receipts of last transactions including the amount of liters and price
Order Cancelled-no customer service
I placed orders that have been cancelled with no warning. Calling customer service and no one answers. Basically pointless to use this app aside from collecting points
Uneded information
I downloaded the app and when I was doing the registration step I was surprised that it need my EID and access to the camera which is not right for you as a reward app to access this information Go to Yas application by ENOC and learn
Not Really
This app. I think it’s only work as advertising for the company, it’s features are not all working, it’s not easy to contact with customer services and when you did they are not much help.
Claim receipt issue
It is bad when it come to claim receipt as app will reject the claim and give silly response. Hope you can rectify that.
Not reliable
It always hard to order orders are canceled
