I terminated my account in June and paid my final bill in July. Du, without my knowledge, decided to call to reconfirm while I was traveling in Europe. I do not respond to international calls to avoid charges. Du, with neither my knowledge nor my consent, decided to keep my account running for 2-3 months. They now want me to pay for these months. Horrible service.
The app is completely unfriendly and unusable. I’m shocked it has such a high rating, probably a lot of fake reviews. If you reach out to Du support they’ll ask you for information like phone number or account number, however if you switch apps to check the chat resets and you lose the agent. Incredibly bad chat/support experience. Getting an eSIM has been equally bad.
Too much bill compared to other networks trying to get unfair bill amount from customers staffs are very rude very bad poor customer service and agents don’t have idea what they sell not recommending to anyone
I tried to cancel my mobile account through du App but couldn’t find any link to do so, also tried to chat with no luck to solve my problem
I had a terrible experience with du. Despite paying all the required fees and canceling my contract at the Al Zahia City Center branch, I later found out the contract was still active. Following this, both the app and the service stopped working, leaving me unable to manage or track anything. This level of mismanagement and lack of proper customer support is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing!
I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my plan through the Du app, but every attempt leads to a “Bad Request” error. Contacting customer service hasn’t helped either; despite clearly stating I cannot call due to lack of roaming, they insist that I must call to resolve the issue. It’s been incredibly frustrating, and the app’s functionality for international users is severely lacking. This experience has turned into a nightmare, and I hope Du improves both their app and customer service for those without calling access. This highlights the technical issue, your frustration, and the unhelpful customer service experience while suggesting areas for improvement.

I would give this very bad and disrespectful service a 0, but I can’t do that so I give it a 1!!! Your company only cares about money and not about the customers requests. Never suggest for any one.
open it then stop at the interface “ please wait @” always like that….i cannot do anything,only delete it
