can't open payslip after updating app

This is so bad application I dont know where to begin. Parity to web app is very low. you would be better just to go to the web (like in 1990´s) The applocation lock you of after 3 month of inactivity. (considering app is ment to be used monthly for pay check, this can happen). Also it does not tell you how to fix it!!!! I can understand the 5 star rating. I assume it is ADP emplyees iflating ratings :-/

Nemoznost se prihlasit, po nejake dobe, kdy jsem se neprihlasila, chce po mne opakovane zmenu hesla a nakonec oznami, ze muj ucet byl deaktivovan pro necinnost.

Ucet mam z nejakeho duvodu uzamceny. Pry mam kontaktovat administratora ale nikde zadnej kontakt.

I have not seen worse application. I am force to use it. If you have any chance do not go with adp

ADP has been around for a while. The layout of the app is very nice. It has past information from previous employers which is nice. This is the first employer that I have worked for that uses ADP for majority of employee task. It’s not a not a bad app for it’s features, but it's not great either. It can be VERY glitchy and before I go on I will say I have had to (clearing cache, deleting and re-installing, power cycle the device etc) and have the iPhone (13 pro max) and keep everything (app and iOS updated). One thing I don't get why I get this error message “ “Punch Cannot Be Recorded For Approved Pay Period” when trying to clock in and out! I have to get my manager to enter my time. This is ridiculous! I called ADP Helpdesk and they were puzzled to why this was happening on the “ADP website and the APP.” I reported this issue to HR to open a ticket. For a company that has been around so long, having a glitchy app that has the weirdest error message that Helpdesk has never heard of is bad. And sometimes the App displays a double screen with up and down arrows and the word done. Please look into this! I would like to be able to clock in and out. Thank you!

Should have a function for clocking in and out.

I recently did a role transfer within my company and all of a sudden the time card feature on the app is not there anymore. I’ve hunted and hunted trying to find how to app it back to the mobile app with no luck. Did some research and there’s not much on the topic either. I have to login to my computer every day to enter time when I’ve gotten used to doing it on the app for the last 4 years. You can still use the clock in/out feature but for the most part that isn’t a widely used feature. If anyone can help me out with this it is much appreciate
