Terrible
ADP has been around for a while. The layout of the app is very nice. It has past information from previous employers which is nice. This is the first employer that I have worked for that uses ADP for majority of employee task. It’s not a not a bad app for it’s features, but it's not great either. It can be VERY glitchy and before I go on I will say I have had to (clearing cache, deleting and re-installing, power cycle the device etc) and have the iPhone (13 pro max) and keep everything (app and iOS updated). One thing I don't get why I get this error message “ “Punch Cannot Be Recorded For Approved Pay Period” when trying to clock in and out! I have to get my manager to enter my time. This is ridiculous! I called ADP Helpdesk and they were puzzled to why this was happening on the “ADP website and the APP.” I reported this issue to HR to open a ticket. For a company that has been around so long, having a glitchy app that has the weirdest error message that Helpdesk has never heard of is bad. And sometimes the App displays a double screen with up and down arrows and the word done. Please look into this! I would like to be able to clock in and out. Thank you!
