My mother (who is in her 70’s) needed to fly home and was requiring a wheelchair so I requested wheelchair access for her for her flights which she VERY MUCH relied on, but they didn’t seem to have any staff or wheelchairs available to help her. She ended up having to do a lot of walking through three separate airports and wasn’t helped. She required a wheelchair and didn’t get it. I can understand they’re being short staffed at one airport but all three? Definitely miscommunication on their part. My senior citizen mother was very much in pain. I have used this airline before and was very happy with the service that we received… the seats were comfortable, I enjoyed the beverages and food that were offered free of charge… The blanket for the night flights was very much appreciated!

Error pop ups and doesn’t let you check in. Poor app.

Need improvement

No sirve de nada tenerla, tanto el inicio, mis viajes y reserva se quedan cargando perpetuamente. Si quiero visualizar mi viaje, es imposible.

After installing the app on my iPhone, it brings up a page asking you to select the language and before you can do so you have pop-ups asking if you want notifications and to share your location. Whether or not you answer those pop-ups once those are cleared off of the screen, the language is chosen, and you have no way to change it. Useless.

I really enjoyed flying with this airline, they changed my flight coming home which didn’t work for me, when I called they updated my flight to a better flight then my original one! I did have one issue on my second part of my flight home the TV Screen was in Spanish. They tried to reboot system but it didn’t work!

This airline is known to make tons of changes to flyer's flights. I had mine booked and they changed it without consent due to "operational needs" and they are unwilling to refund me. Customer service is also unavailable to speak to you 150% of the time and will not be helpful.

Worst of all Mexican airlines! Even if u pay for seats to travel on a romantic vacation with your partner they separate u, stick u in middle of two strangers and still charge u. Garbage airline. Much better to book Volaris or even viva air

Scummy practices. We were trying to change flights on the app, got error after error so we called. During the call they charged my card the first price ($68) to change the flight then later said that the system didn’t save that cost so now the flight was going to cost now over $600 to change. They did not honour the original price that was displayed in the app and confirmed on the phone and CHARGED to my card. The flight change was due to an emergency so we had no choice but to pay the cost but absolutely scummy practice from the airline to charge one price and then change it and charge a higher price. App is horrible too, crashes and doesn’t load half the time.

I can barely get into the app without an error popping up… whoever the developers are for this app are horrible.
