Lack of latest movies

Being such a giant OTT platform it is a shame that Aha lacks the latest movies and I feel it is a waste of money, and I do not recommend it to anyone!!

Never respond properly

Never respond properly. Tv app is the worst of all the apps. Never open.

Most Confusing App

I bought a subscription a month back. Worked well without any issue until recently. Doesnot play any movies and keeps throwing error. When asked I have been suggested to check my proxy settings. All others are working fine, proxy settings have been same for past so many years, why to change now. Why only Aha can’t work?

Getting worse day by day

Better to hire a good software/ technical team. I am rewriting the same comment again..

App performance is bad

Slow app and doesn’t move forward and backward properly. It’s been like this for months, no fixing in the app

Worst customer support

I’ve been trying to get hold of customer support but there was no response even after several attempts. Unable to use AHA in nz since October till March so I canceled my subscription n deleting the app too.

Streaming & Link Issues

Can't stream or Link / login on my LG Oled C1 TV. Logged a call with aha support and no update yet. It's been more than 4 weeks no luck

Worst App and Customer Service

Bought subscription but it only worked for 2 weeks and then after I can’t even login with issue as “some other device logged in”. Mailed to support but no response for last 1 week, and no response to calls. Very frustrating as I paid and can’t use. Waste of money and time.

App is worst I ever seen and listened yet.

I am from New Zealand and I subscribed a long time ago but it’s logged in my new Samsung smart tv and when try to play , it says subscribe . Then I tried to link my account but it’s only say choose your profile but nothing shows up under. So I tried to logout to link from my phone by scanning QR code. It’s never logout, keeps rolling for hours. I tried several times . So I decided not to subscribe any more and never recommend to any one.

its been more than months since the case logged. this app won’t let me login since update, customer service never responds , worst experience, worst app and lost faith in Telugu OTT which is proudly advertised worldwide.
