Worst application ever , I got frustrated again login login two time I subscribed Telugu and Tamil , and still again and again asking to subscribe and login issue once I logged in again it’s asking login interface… no customer service.. Don’t use this totally frustrating experience, this second time I’m facing this issue
Not even one star worth. Aha app in the TV logs out all the time and Every time we have to register the device again and again. Coming to search option is worst on TV it is not letting user to search and will neither search nor allow user to return from the search screen. Continue watching will not work always. Who ever is the IT team they are doing nothing. Instead of asking for subscribers to upgrade package to Gold. Put some effort to update the app to make it work properly.
Worst ever customer support team. Haven’t resolved the issue yet.

Navigation is bad options don’t work all the time. Forward option doesn’t work.
It can even run the movie with full speed wifi band; such a worst app I haven’t experienced; Netflix and prime are the best
This is one of the worst app I have ever used. It keeps crashing a million times. After every click, this app shuts down. Wonder how this released to public for use. Absolute looters to take money from customers for subscription and not provide the service.
I think they do not have any support in the UK time zone first thing. There is chat help a robot in the background which do not understand anything 🤷♂️ not even the error code that AHA app itself raises. Have a very bad experience - kind of wasted lot of time waiting for the support as well as I think this review comment. If the app can’t support the customers outside IST that’s fine, then I think they have to put Indian prices for subscriptions outside india as well. Definitely not impressed and today depressed.. I rarely use AHA app and when I use I have a problem; something to think about if I really need to have it in the bag..😏
