AI Dungeon

Really disappointed with this “new” AIDungeon. Seriously, I loved it before, even paid for the subscription. Not sure about anyone else but on my iPhone X and iPhone 8, it is plainly IMPOSSIBLE to change notes or world details while in an adventure. The keyboard shows up but no flashing line for inputting text nor sending any messages. It only works if I exit the adventure, edit then enter again. Memo is also gone. Like the notes for the story and the memos are so important to access when doing a story, so it defeats the purpose having to exit every time to update something. Never had the problem with the old version. Additionally, the search function is completely messed up. With the old version, if you searched for something then got the back button upon reading a scenario “<“ you would return to your search. Now it returns to the default discover list and you need to input your search all over again. Additionally, I had over 1.5k tokens which used to be available for good quality AI generated artwork (not pixelated) but low and behold, it now says I need a paid for account and I’ve seemingly lost ALL my tokens and ability to generate images. This overall makes the entire experience using the app an absolute pain and serious waste of time. I thought twice when considering to pay for a premium account again, and I decided against it. The new phoenix app is buggy as hell, clumsy and just makes the entire experience a pain in the poop whole.

So sad this app has taken a turn for the worst. It can barely keep up with simple scenarios. Like really what happened it used to be so great :(

It’s very fun to play but the experience is completely ruined by the adds that glitch a lot, I’ve been getting ‘Add next’ 10 times in a row so when I do anything an add plays. Please either go back to using energy or make the adds optional so the players can choose to use the energy system or watch adds instead. The adds ruin the game especially when they glitch.

I really enjoyed using this application, up until the point it charged me for the subscription I cancelled. I think that is unacceptable. Beware if you’re subscribing to their services.

A new, bad feature that should be removed, made for scamming players. If you want income, add dlcs, more ad’s etc. I used to like this game.

Each time i start a story on ipad, the app seems not capable of storing my input for my character name. The error : Undefined is not iterable (cannot read property Symbol(Symbol.iterator)) To reproduce the error : Fantasy -> Wizard -> enter any name

I love it, I highly recommend.

I was making a scenario for other people to play and I spent an hour writing the prompt so the AI would know EVERYTHING about the story and then when I was done I scrolled to the description I could write because I forgot to then it just changed to the last story I was doing and it did not save it any of what I wrote so I have to waste another one hour writing it again
