look, can you stop it? i dont want random lore items, i want you to actually create knowledge about the thing im making, not a 'lore item' or a 'weapon'. since when was nintendo a weapon? and this especially gets annoying when you create a generator yet the ai refuses to make anything that relates to a generator, and instead tries making a world or story, even though thats what the generator is THERE for. look, your ai works but it's working too well.

The game doesn’t remember events or mixes them up even if you write them in the story summary and eventually it gets really annoying actually having your character have a conversation with another when the other one just says something stupid that hasn’t happened like “I have saved your life more than once.” When they have only got close once also the AI can be so stupid when you retry the action it just says the other thing or something else stupid

I think the game is really good and fun especially for me who loves DnD but most of the time someone in my group cancels and we can’t progress in the story so I like making my own mini DnD campaigns on this but I think there are to many seemingly inappropriate pre-made ones made by other people on the popular area so I think there should be more moderation on what stories people can publish to others

The app is alright. What makes it bad is that you get limited actions and the amount they replenish per day is barely enough to write a story. Very bad business tactics, 0/5 stars. Be less greedy.

Pretty cool not going to lie specially how there is a multiplayer although it might need some improving on the multiplayer this app is quite good just hope I don’t have to pay to keep using it 😂

Hands down, the best app on the App Store for AI text based role-play and adventuring, boasting capabilities of creating full scale immersive worlds booming with characters and monsters alike, and a variety of amazing features that are always being updated all the time. I’m particularly looking forward to the character progression feature that will allow my characters to level up on their adventures, becoming stronger and unlocking new abilities along the way. I expect nothing but good things for AI dungeon as it continues to evolve and improve. It’s been a joy to play and create with.

Don’t get me wrong, this is one of the best AI gen apps currently available, it’s matched by only 1 other in my opinion which is fair easier and simpler to work with, I won’t name it here in case it’s an issue but I do encourage anyone interested in a simple but effective AI Gen app to go looking, you will find it eventually. Now what do I think this gets right? 1. It’s not heavily restrictive, you actually let your users have a good level of freedom in what they can put into their story’s, both for private story’s and ones that are publicly available. 2. It provides a free version of sorts, sure the free version won’t last very long if your using it a lot but it gives you a lot of time to feel out how the AI does stuff, how it tells the story etc etc. 3. There’s a lot of information for users, seriously it’s practically its own book with how much there is, that’s a good thing. 4. While it can take the AI a little to figure things out if your in the most basic version it DOES try to keep the story going in the direction your indicating to a somewhat acceptable level. Okay and now I’m going onto the bad side of this: 1. The sheer complexity. I’ve read about some of the stuff that is considered best idea when trying to use the AI and it’s frankly part of the complex problem, you have to fine tune the AI to get best results which is not ideal given how many factors play into that, yes I get it’s an AI and it’s complicated but still. 2. The fact that, according to some, the private stuff ain’t so private. Yeah this is a major red flag for me and it’s self explanatory. 3. The story text tends to get lumped together. It’s got a line under the AIs responses and it glows but it’s still not great when the text all just lumps into a single section after your own input, a space between them would be nice. TLDR: it’s a decent enough app for what it does but honestly it’s got areas to improve and I recommend trying out some of the less known AI story gen apps as most of them aren’t complicated to work with, have serious concerns to worry about in terms of your privacy or charge a hefty fee from you just so the AI actually remembers stuff and can be of good quality, oh and no word limit either in most cases, this one? Controversy, a fair bit of complexity which may or may not be your thing, and concerns around privacy.

It’s a brilliant app that truly shows the power of AI. The price tag is quite high however at £30 a month for serious play and £50 a month for full unmatched serious play. If you play on the cheaper or free levels then you’re guaranteed a terrible time with silly and stupid AI.

it's a good game, but i don't understand why i have to have a pet alligator as a witch... kinda ruined it, would be nice if there were more options on character description etc.
