根本上用唔到 連登入都吾得

The app doesn’t work 80% of the time. When it does, it is slow, unresponsive. UI is hard to use and ugly.
Update on April 3rd 2024 Wtf - it asked me to update the app and before I can click on the button to update (which any other app would have taken me to App Store page and click update), it forced exit the app. Guys seriously if you dunno how to write an app just admit it. Or if you are trying to make this a bad app then congratulations this is worst than any apps I have used in the history of Apple App Store. ——— I’m surprised by how low the average score is yet there is no action from App Store to fix this. 1.2 star on a significant number of reviews, yet because of company policy we are stuck with an app that cannot even get the log in right. For an app that is so below average, one would imagine no developer is really paying attention to it. Oh but no it asks you to update the app very frequently, at least everytime I try to use it it asks me to update. After each update they would erase all log in details incl the Face ID, which btw the only time it works is when you agreed for the app to use your Face ID. And because they use a unique login ID and password it’s fairly common user may not get it right, so simple you go and reset the password. Oh no, that is where the nightmare begins. The reset password page does not work for corporate accounts (which is what this app is designed for), the customer hotline is a load of voice mail that leads no where, and the tech support line can never be reached. Maybe try to send them an email, yeah took one day for them to respond and it’s a system generated message that they acknowledge they receive your email. Wow didn’t know AI can also strike there. Finally someone pick up the email after a week and they provide you with completely irrelevant information that in no way it helps you to reset the password. So what do you do? Nothing, you go through your old emails and files hoping you may have saved your login information somewhere, or you do what you should have done in the first place, submit it via post. Well done AIA for the utterly rubbish user experience. This is the second time I am leaving an App Store review and I’m hoping the next time when I leave a review it won’t be venting about this garbage app (yes first time was also on this app, and I was naive enough to think by posting constructive feedback someone will pick it up and fix it). If you read everything so far, I got you buddy, take a deep breathe and I hope you stay healthy so you won’t need to use this app ever again.
This is the most user unfriendly app I have ever encountered. Cannot login even after password reset.
Login with ID and PW that must be remembered (no Keychain or copy and paste allowed); identity verification needs OTP, is succesful (hooray!) but then “your login does not exist” (wait you just verified me?!) and “your password is incorrect” (it was correct a moment ago when you let me in?!). You get shown a menu you can never use. All I want is a list of doctors whom I could consult, but I think this app will give me a heart attack before I can seek help! I suspect the funeral insurance purchasing function is the only one that works! An absolute time and byte waster of an app.
Never experienced any login issue when using other insurance app. But this one is a total trash. Cant login, the app itself is no difference to a slow slow browser. Using Chrome is even better than use this trash.

If really need to visit doctor must login then you need to find ac and pw when you sick? wrong login then lock your ac is very stupid. Rubbish
