It’s about the most user unfriendly application. It’s a miracle they can sell any tickets on line. It is much easier to buy a ticket through a third party app.

Live agents on customer service portal terminate the chat before you can even type the message. Simply pathetic!

Worst mobile app ever I have seen in an airlines company

The latest update has a few issues. The most glaring one is that the app does not accept any keystrokes for the emergency contact phone number, which is a mandatory field. This error does not allow the booking to proceed and is most likely costing AI loss of revenue. The largest airline in the country has to do better before releasing updates to the app. Seems like basic regression testing was skipped before the latest update was released.

I’ve used several airlines in the past, but Air India Express has by far provided the worst service. They changed my flight without any prior notice, leaving me stranded and scrambling to make new arrangements. The customer service is non-existent, as I was forced to interact with an unhelpful automated system that did nothing to resolve my issue. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. I will never fly with Air India Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Do not use this flight for travelling. I booked a flight and the airline informed the day before I travel that the flight has cancelled. I booked a new flight. And there has been a message that the flight got rescheduled. What the hell is this. They will not give you the refund. DO NOT CHOOSE AIR INDIA EXPRESS

Very unprofessional behaviour of airline and staff. They have rescheduled the flight and again asking the customer to pay extra for seat that was already paid while booking the flight. No communication was passed to customer. Not recommended to board.

Payment never works. Moreover when comparing on app and website, the rescheduling prices vary by a 2x factor
