Please fix the Update contact feature and storing passport details feature which is currently not working.. Finally AIX have an app to quickly book 👍🏽

The app does not let the user check in without paying for a selected seat. There is no option to check in with auto assigned seat selection. If the user has to call the customer care while waiting for 30 minutes, what is the point of this app?

Few days onwards the web checked in boarding pass is not able to add on Apple wallet. In web adding google wallet is possible though. Kindly check and repair.

The app is as useless as the airline itself.. one day a bunch of shameless came together and started an airline called air india express .. if you people have some sense of shame left within you… remove our country’s name from this airline’s name…

I downloaded the app and when I try to register with mobile no. and or email id, app always displays’ Please try again after sometime’. How come in this world you releasing the app for download with so many issues
