I have tried to register with my uae mobile number it’s seem try later always
Through the app, am not able to pay by card. From website it says I don't have some permission and say I am an agent or something. I tried without login, then it accepted the payment. We register and use the app since we travel as family and its easy to add traveller details from saved passenger list. You are not allowing to add saved passenger. Then whats the use of registering? It's better to use third party apps which provides discounts and lot of other features. Worst app. Last 5 times I tried booking through your app never went through.

After changing this app and website I’m unable to login to account. AIX don’t care i think, one star only for installing app 😃
I recently booked a flight with Air India Express from Dubai to Mangaluru and back to Dubai from their website, Total AED 1612.18 I paid by my credit card. However, upon receiving my bank statement, I noticed an additional foreign transaction charge of AED 34. When I contacted the bank to inquire, they explained that the charge was applied because the flight payment was processed in India, as claimed by the airline. This is puzzling to me, as I purchased from Dubai, not India, and this is the first time I've encountered such a foreign transaction charge. One more thing is from Dubai to Mangaluru 30kg is required but it was only 20kg, they should have shown the luggage details for the final confirmation before we made the payment, but unfortunately, after completing the payment they will send the ticket by email then only we can see the luggage details in the ticket. They don't have any customer care services in Dubai, we can chat with the agents who are sitting in India, but we will not get any responsible solution they will copy-paste some text and disconnect the chat.
