They take great care of family with kids. They gave us seats next to each other which was a great relief.

We refused to use AirTransat for the past 10 years so we had no choice this time because we booked with Exxotica for a tour of Portugal Our flight here was delayed well over three hours Not a happy customer to say the least

Book and pay many times to book a seat. Seat selection not clear, paid multiple times . Had to reapply many times for E ticket to enter dr! We paid the fee but ended up doing all the work!

Today, I spoke to a representative on the phone, who was extremely friendly and helpful, with my booking. I really appreciated this and would recommend Air Transit to everyone!

Plus de 50% du temps, impossible de s’enregistrer en ligne a moins de 24 heures du depart 250 essais et rien ne fonctionne. On doit retourner a l’age de pierre avec des billets papiers

What kind of company does not allow online check in? They have the option but it does not work ever.

I had my seat booked online and no option online to pay for my seat ! For some reasons I chose that seat which it’s suitable for me ! Without any messages or announce while I go boarding they said my seat is changed . They said because I don’t pay for my seat they will do anything anytime . Well ! Online no option to pay more for it . Please don’t do that again. Thanks .

Lors de notre dernier séjour à Punta Cana, la personne-ressource qu’on rencontre pour avoir des renseignements à l’hôtel Majestic Colonial, n’a jamais voulu nous indiquer l’heure du départ de l’hôtel pour l’aéroport. Il nous a seulement indiqué et répété de regarder sur l’application, il n’a jamais voulu nous aider, même si l’on insistait, il n’avait rien à faire et ne répondait à aucun client. Il était vraiment là que pour nous vendre des excursions! Ensuite, arrivés à l’aéroport, il y avait un problème avec les machines pour l’enregistrement, qui n’offraient pas le scanner pour nos passeports et nous indiquait de nous rendre au Service à la clientèle. Or, les 2 agentes qui nous accueillaient ne parlaient ni français, ni anglais, que l'espagnol et ne voulaient pas nous laisser passer pour se rendre au comptoir. Après insistance, nous avons pu passer, mais il devrait y avoir au moins une personne qui nous accueille en français ou anglais!
