This app is focused on your creditcard and getting you to use it on all kinds of products. If you expect any kind of support after spending your money, prepare to be disappointed. Delayed flight? New gate? Look somewhere else. Anyone familiar with Air Asia will also be familiar with delayed flights.

2 stars because the app is better than the horrible website. 2 stars because I still cant book my tickets. Payment module buffers for ages then crashes. Forced to order ticket via 3rd party after wasting several hours….

Very bad and impossible to get information. Only via a chat bot one can get info and not possible to email or talk to a human. Ordering is easy, when you want to claim something back it’s so difficult close to mission impossible. Scam is the closest description I can find.

This app will not let you remove add ons. At least on iPhone 13

Language English, currency locked to usd.

Setting: location when the application is in use. Currency: Dollar ??? Never choose this currency and when I’m trying to change it….. it’s blank and no alternative. I reset the app several times and it doesn’t change.

Very easy to use.

This at has got to be one of the worst ones I have ever used. Terrible interface,slow and with a ton of hidden charges
