Every time I buy AA out of no choice, every time got flight reschedule !! Totally wasted trusted customer valued time. Not a worth buy. AA should change the slogan to “EVERY ONE CAN DELAYED”. Thx

2 chances are given to airasia move app while using the air asia ride to book for transfer between airports and residence. I have no choice but to decide writing this review hope to let everyone know before they download the app. I have booked airasia ride from airport to residence but my driver chose not to response to my calls and messages even according to requirements stated from the app itself , 2 big luggages + 2 small handcarry on luggages are allowed for 2 persons. Then i have press cancellation from my app due to long waiting time and ignorance of the driver. Then, my credit card was charged without booking completions. I have raised this concerns (again) to hope report to air asia (as usual, you know is the trick from “chatbot” to bring you until no where to seek for help). There are lot of apps for ehailing you can consider to use , for flight i suggest you to book directly from website or from other apps that is reliable and faster responses (most importantly, refund is faster) .

Dealing with Non Human? They can’t solve all our problems. I failed to reschedule my flight. Kept asking Bo which cant solve anything. Respond is wait 7 working days to resolve my question!

Worst experience booking through this app. It keeps on logging out users and force to restart all over again. App developers should be fired or at least step up their game. Please optimize

This apps is getting worst. Need to buy ticket first then can add on seat. The system is very slow when purchasing the add on. The old apps is better.

How is this apps even rated 4.5 . Can't even do a simple add on purchase . It's a set back from the earlier version . Disappointed!
