All it needs is encryption on your devices for private accurate recordings, because WiFi is easily hack able by neighbors and can be switched mode or listened/viewing your devices remotely.

If you don’t subscribe to the monthly service they block your cameras.

Does not pick up all movement or human detection

What is up with all these ads all of a sudden???? I get notification that someone is at the door but before I can even view the video, I have to watch an ad?!! By that time, the person is gone! Oh and guess what, now I can’t play back the video to see who it was because I HAVE to subscribe?! The ONLY reason I ever chose this camera was because I did not HAVE to subscribe.

I can never watch live is it me

The software picks up people without fail. It cannot recognize a vehicle which is what I need. I tried calling and was told that I have the sensitivity out of adjustment. I have since tried every setting without success.

I have no idea what happened to the app or the camera , previously it used to show me every single human detection but now it's not showing even if someone passes by the camera...

Funny how my review was deleted, The people behind this app Don’t want an angry customer calling out all the issues, forced to sign in every time low grade footage says wrong password even though I use the same one everyday then to try and get a new one and says my email doesn’t exist and now to add a new one, being forced to pay for a subscription or deal with ads maybe I would pay for a subscription if all these issues didn’t happen let alone all the other issues I didn’t bring up

Annoying disturbance between cameras and lots of time app is not recording when there is motion.

The doorbell have works pretty great. Only thing is that it doesn’t work with my echo. Still great would recommend
