Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Lack of upfront information
Hi not happy with the fact your camera only operates / records and allows access to recordings if a subscription for online memory is paid ... very misleading during the purchasing process

Camera is now not working since update hope they fix it soon as I’ve paid my subscription but can not load anything
Misleading pricing
When you try to subscribe to their cloud service ( which is necessary to even use it , which I was unaware of when purchasing the actual camera ) there is a 6 month price and a 12 month prove , which is cheaper ( per day) the lower price SHOULD be just over $20 for 12 months, but when you click on it it directs to payment of $32.99, which is the 12 month price on a DIFFERENT hyperlink related to using the free 30 day trial first.. This needs addressing asap .
I was really happy with this, until I did an update today…
I recently purchased the video doorbell and up until today I have been extremely pleased with it. The picture quality has been excellent. Although, an infrared mode for night time would be a welcome addition. My issue though, is that after installing today’s update, (13/03/2024), I am no longer able to find the “settings “button. So I can no longer bring up the menu to log out or to simply change the video recording mode. I can’t change the motion detection or it’s sensitivity nor the human identification modes. I hope this is sorted out sooner rather than later.
Double charged
I have been double charged for one service and it has been the experience trying to get a refund. Firstly you cant talk to a real person its all through a chat and it could take days before a response. Then you have to have a paypal account for the refund which we don't use in NZ even though the payment was taken from my visa. If there was an option for a minus star i would give them minus ten. Also the camera doesn’t pick up every human movements as I've had multiple visitors while been home and no video memory of it.
Review
It’s very bad not working properly motion detector notification comes after 15 20 minutes late. Some motion is not even captured. Also most of the time need to put password to check notifications.
Don’t buy if you planned to use your own cloud storage.
They forced you to use their own pay cloud storage; if you don’t, your camera do not work for, no functions will work.
A great buy
Really impressed with the video quality, connectivity and speed. Super affordable to buy, easy installation. I recommend buying the solar panel for continuous charging, so once installed no hassle forever.
