Alaska is by far the BEST airlines to fly! I travel regularly and I appreciate the professionalism of all the employees!!! They are what customer service is all about-especially in thh hi is world where there is very little.

Better airline app than most. Very easy to use.

The app keeps telling me I have upcoming flights and asking me to buy meals and such, but I have no such flights

Why did I have to pay for a bag if I am a member

This app is so user friendly that I love it. I just wish using it to book a flight is as easy to use with your mileage.

There are many basic things that aren’t possible on the app, and it crashes regularly. Importantly, I added my Global Entry number (one the site) after checking in. Even though I regenerated the boarding pass, TSA Pre did not appear on my mobile boarding pass and I was denied entry after waiting in line and had to start over in the long standard line.

Check in for some flights requires additional identity verification apps. Check in for the same flights using a web browser works fine without extra identity verification apps. Unnecessarily complicated design.

. . It’s a very very slow app, also there are times where my checked bags dont show and i need that for my electronic bag tags.
