The app is garbage

Bug please fix

On June 19, Monday, flight 1145, my e-boarding pass shows different gate number with my wife and my daughter. Actually I got my pass from my wife. Mine was D7 and others were D15. We ran into D7 at the last minute without seeing anything so we went to another gate. But it was considered late. So we have to rebook another flight and paid extra $50 each. I felt not happy and I wish Alaska air can figure out how it happened.

Alaska is by far the BEST airlines to fly! I travel regularly and I appreciate the professionalism of all the employees!!! They are what customer service is all about-especially in thh hi is world where there is very little.

Better airline app than most. Very easy to use.

The app keeps telling me I have upcoming flights and asking me to buy meals and such, but I have no such flights

Why did I have to pay for a bag if I am a member

This app is so user friendly that I love it. I just wish using it to book a flight is as easy to use with your mileage.
