The Amazon Business app requires access to the following functions for the best experience:
• Camera: Find products by scanning the cover or its barcode, or add pictures to product reviews.
• Microphone: Access your microphone to use your voice to search and interact with your Assistant.
• Location: Discover local offers and select addresses quickly.
• Account: Share products with your colleagues through social networks.
• Storage: Store your preferences so features can load and run faster on the device.
If your device supports TrueDepth technology, the app will use your device camera to detect your facial movements only while using certain features such as virtually try-on products like sunglasses. All information processed using this technology remains on your device and is not otherwise stored, processed or shared by Amazon.

La pire système d’inscription de l’histoire
Impossible de transformer un compte depuis la Belgique, aucuns messages d’erreur, le service client est en dessous de tout. Il n’y a pas de mot pour qualifier ce service. Mon numéro de TVA a été supprimé de mon compte normal et impossible de convertir en business. Nul de chez nul.
Everything Amazon but…. Payment button never works
The app is what you expect, but i cannot make a payment via Bancontact (Belgium) through the app. The button never works. I have to go through the website and finalise payment that way. Pretty annoying. Been like that for a year now and no update made it better.
Temp lock account
Temporarily locked my account for two weeks pending verification after I uploaded docs. First agent said it is unlocked, then dealt with two weeks of agents hanging up on me trying to get verified.
Can’t use same phone number
Can’t register because Amazon Business still appears to need the user to register a different mobile number from the one they have on their personal Amazon account. Ah well.
Order search non functional
The order history and the accompanying search function does not work at all. I order all the time and nothing shows consistently in my order history. This has been going on for a year. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and is still trash. I’ve finally got fed up enough to write a review 🙄

They are trying to verify my information, but what are you using to verify me? My own information I just gave?!
Latest update removed one of the most useful features.
Bring back “Select item” in the shopping cart feature.
No receipt option from the mobile app.
I am only giving 1 star because its so clear the intentions of not providing an option for receipt from the mobile app
