Amazon Business

I’ve always had great success with the Amazon business app. It was quick and easy to approve employee orders or to create orders of my own. Lately it freezes. All the time. I have to close out repeatedly. Went from five stars to no stars. The reason I gave it two is because I’m saving money by not impulse shopping, since I can’t get anything ordered! 😂

This app make it easier because now I don’t need to switch accounts in the regular Amazon app.

Every time I try to look at an order’s details to get a receipt, it asks for me to authenticate. I authenticate and then it asks AGAIN. And again. And again. It doesn’t stop. Before that it also asked me to use Face ID and I allowed it to authenticate that way but the same thing happened.

I have used Amazon for my personal life for many years and have always been quite happy with my experiences. But when I tried to do the business account for our business, I was not impressed at all with the app or the way that it tracks anything. it made it nearly impossible to find my previous orders, and just did not function like the normal Amazon app or desktop does. It would need some major improvements for me to start using it again so at this time, I will continue to use my personal account for business use as well.

I am making a lot of purchases for my clients sometime spending 50-100k a month. So I created business account when it became a thing few years ago. And was using it for a while without any issues. Recently amazon decided to block it for unknown reasons - fraudulent activity they said. I have provided required info - credit card statement, copy of my ID , letter from employer etc. Over phone they say to submit questions by email. And nobody answers emails. Most unfortunate is that I cant access my order history, so had to spend time to find all necessary items. Lesson learned - keep my amazon usage to minimum. Using local providers where possible.

Once orders are replaced they do not show up in order history. It is very difficult to get tracking. Order history doesn’t work on mobile or web version of site.

Restarted my phone and everything Only app that is crashing.

Locks up repeatedly opening review pics or videos. Have to force close and reopen. C’mon, don’t you TEST your software?

The app works great until I want to see a summary of my orders. It defaults to show orders “Paid by you” which says I have no orders. I have to go into filters and select “all orders”. This makes no sense because all orders are paid by me. The default should be “all orders”. This is a waste of time having to set filters each time I need to check the orders.
