Waste of time

The most useless app. Don’t even bother with downloading it !

Change of password

No luck! Tried several times but never receive the OTP pin

Splash screen

Trying to open app always results in a splash screen! App loads but won’t open

App not working

It never opens…can’t view anything

App does not work at all

Have tried to access the app for weeks now. App opens but goes no further than the splash screen. I have deleted and downloaded a few times and still does not help. No way to access my results other than this and I love overseas so phoning a call centre in South Africa where I will sit on hold for ages is not an option. Please push an update through they will fix this.

Terribly slow on updates

The app does not slow the results until over a week after they are taken from the patient. The app does not even show that the bloods have been taken and are pending. No updates. The lancet app atleast keeps updating. Not a great system.

Pointless App

The App showed I had a blood test done but I can’t see the results even though it’s my blood work and it just says contact your doctor. Yes my doctor contacted me but I would see like to see the results. Really pointless if you ask me. Now I have to ask my doctor to email me the results.

Not working

Old app used to work great but since the latest update it is dead.

Messed up

Sadly a great service is now messed up. Stopped working.

Impossible to access the app

The 4-digit code NEVER ARRIVES. What’s the point of this app? Useless!
