Current reviews are somewhat unbalanced. Signing up was frictionless for me, and my results were delivered with a notification. It’s easy to view, save & share results, as well as to download accumulated sets of results. It also allows one to retrieve an aggregated set of COVID-19 test results, which can be useful for travel and ancillary purposes.

Installed in seconds. Registration was very easy and quick. Results displayed fine. Not sure about the other reviews, but it worked very well for me.

App does not send OTP via sms and did not update for my email address despite this being captured on their system.

This app is rubbish will not accept any ID number

Old app used to work great but since the latest update it is dead.

Sadly a great service is now messed up. Stopped working.

The 4-digit code NEVER ARRIVES. What’s the point of this app? Useless!

App doesn’t want to load . I have downloaded the app 3 times, and each time I am unable to register my details, as the home page keeps on loading.

Takes forever to open when downloaded.

After changing my cellphone number it has become impossible to access my results. I wish there was an option to update details so that I can access my results.
