Each time i try to access the trip it takes forever

- very slow to start up. Who wrote such inefficient code - sends me the same alert several times within 3-4hrs of the flight. Really annoying and meaningless. YET, when a flight delayed, no alert whatsoever -Dosent get the gate info. How useless

1. Why cant have a button to switch between roundtrip and single way instead of two separate drop downs. 2. Notifications show one but none once clicked into it. Can you please learn from other airlines app lol

The app user experience is majorly disappointing. I joined EVA Infinity Mileage Lands quite long time ago. I booked my trip via United. The flight was confirmed properly. 32hrs before the trip I got an email informing that online check-in was available. I checked in successfully. I downloaded the app tempted to use it for the boarding pass when it’s available. Even at this point the app failed to catch not only my flight info but also my membership info. I failed multiple time registering my membership number. When I tried to Manage my trip, whichever option I selected, it kept asking me to input the booking reference/Ticket again and again.

The App crashes since the last update. Please fix!

Booking a flight takes me to my account.

This app is terrible. It’s performing functions no different than the same way you would do on your web browser but with a more guiding hand meaning you use icons to navigate. Fetching information is notoriously slow. You can do the same on your desktop computer but will probably see slightly better results but even going through there is painfully as slow as well.
