The app wont verify your identification just stuck there

只for註冊，不for使用
垃圾軟件，一註冊就封鎖，揀忘記密碼找用戶名，電郵係屋企廁所唔出，個app要求用特殊符號入密碼，又唔卑人輸入特殊符號登入，撚市民嘅app？

In the current economic climate, I really can’t justify giving you an extra $200 for my annual credit monitoring plan, for what is a totally automated service. Good bye TU!
Poor ui and ux design / performance
1. When opening the app, always need to flip through the screen about singing up. This is very bad for returning users. Waste time…. 2. The login process is not helpful. Always asked if this is a trusted devices… why would you asked if I have already indicated this previously? 3. Loading performance at login is slow. Not sure what are the components loading behind. Should consider lasy loading hopefully you are not loading all data when logging in 4. Other functionality are fine.
