Cathay Pacific

I like the Cathay Pacific app, since it’s convenient and you have everything in one place. The app is not so user friendly, since there is a ton of bugs, especially when checking-in. When I want to reserve a seat, the layout of the plane does not show up, so I’m not able to choose any seats. Sometimes it also says you are not able to check-in due to a technical error, and then you have to start all over. Overall the app is great, but there are to many bugs, which worsens the experience.

Great app, one of the best airline apps in the world

When the apps was updated, the check in function cannot be used and I needed to use website to check in, it is not convenience. I hope it can be improved.
