There is no English language option. I‘m not sure if my card got accepted since the application just skipped to the next tab. I could have tested that out, but the app keeps crashing on opening it up. I got the newest gen. Iphone btw and everything is updated… Overall unusuable

Public bikes are a great idea, but in Seoul you don’t see any tourists using them - because they simply can’t. The app is translated into English, but all confirmations and alerts are in Korean. My fried and I tried to get it to work but we had no luck, we could not use a bike. No idea why, because we could not read the red alert. But a Korean we’ve asked, could not make sense of it either. This app is poorly programmed and it seems never to have been tested by an English speaker.

Rental worked I guess? Not sure if charged the right amount and if return was successful bc app doesn’t display anything

Poorly developed. The app lags, crashes and does everything you don’t want it to do.

Actually the bikes are quite ok. But the app is unfortunately utter trash. You can only login with korean language activated. If you switch to English, you’ll logged out automatically. The whole payment process feels buggy and not very trustworthy and so does the whole app. With any iPhone the upper portion of the screen is white hence a lot of screen real estate is wasted. So many more things to complain about. The Seoul Metropolitan Government really should improve this.

대여 반납및 앱내 기능 누르면 반응없고 화면멈춰있고 계속 버벅이네요 2-3달전엔 괜찮앗는데 요새 정말 심합니다 앱 업데이트하며 뭘 하신건지... ㅜㅜ 돌러주세요 ㅜㅜ

요즘엔 카카오 T 바이트나 씽씽 킥보드가 유행인데 따릉이는 특별히 임시잠금이 가능하네요. 그리고 따릉이 킥보드도 있으면 좋겠어요. 역시 서울이 최고죠!

다른 기능은 괜찮은데 미반납에 대한 비용이 너무 커요. 진짜 깜박해서 어쩔수 없었던 건데도 요금이 쭉쭉 올라가 버려요
