The app could not be worse
Let’s start by saying that if you provide an english version of the app then you should make sure that all of the content then is in english, since after a while things in Korean start popping up. I wanted to try to use Ttareungi, so i bought a ticket and then when I tried to use it by scanning the QR code it did not work, and it got stuck in a loading screen. I then tried to buy another ticket, since it said that I had not bought any ticket, and it still did not work. At this point I gave up, since I did not want to waste more money on a service that will not even work. I even tried to log in with Kakao and when I opened the app it still said I did not log in. Don’t waste your time with this bad app while there is the metro that is so much more reliable. I expect to receive my money back, since the service has not been used.
