Let’s start by saying that if you provide an english version of the app then you should make sure that all of the content then is in english, since after a while things in Korean start popping up. I wanted to try to use Ttareungi, so i bought a ticket and then when I tried to use it by scanning the QR code it did not work, and it got stuck in a loading screen. I then tried to buy another ticket, since it said that I had not bought any ticket, and it still did not work. At this point I gave up, since I did not want to waste more money on a service that will not even work. I even tried to log in with Kakao and when I opened the app it still said I did not log in. Don’t waste your time with this bad app while there is the metro that is so much more reliable. I expect to receive my money back, since the service has not been used.

I used to purchase daily tickets with the app. Now, thanks to the lguplus credit card payment system accepting only up to 10 digits in the name camp, for foreigners with longer names its impossible to get through the mobile certification code.

대여 반납및 앱내 기능 누르면 반응없고 화면멈춰있고 계속 버벅이네요 2-3달전엔 괜찮앗는데 요새 정말 심합니다 앱 업데이트하며 뭘 하신건지... ㅜㅜ 돌러주세요 ㅜㅜ

요즘엔 카카오 T 바이트나 씽씽 킥보드가 유행인데 따릉이는 특별히 임시잠금이 가능하네요. 그리고 따릉이 킥보드도 있으면 좋겠어요. 역시 서울이 최고죠!

다른 기능은 괜찮은데 미반납에 대한 비용이 너무 커요. 진짜 깜박해서 어쩔수 없었던 건데도 요금이 쭉쭉 올라가 버려요

비회원으로 해서 이용권 구매까지 다 했는데 안되고 회원으로 바꾸려니까 비회원권 있다고 가입도 못 하게하고 이러면 뭐 어쩌라는겁니까? 돈이라도 돌려주던가여 시간은 계속 가고 큐알 인식은 안되고 회원권으로 바꾸기도 못 하게 하면 그냥 뜬 눈으로 돈 날리라는 소리로 들리네요

어플 전반적으로 문제가 있으면 접속 시도할때 안내 메시지라도 띄우는게 당연한거아님? 이용자들은 어플의 문제인지 내 접속환경의 문제인지도 모른체로 계속 접속시도하고 불편만 겪고....문의전화하면 통화량이 많다는둥. 이게 수익성있는 어플이었으면 바로 도태되고 시장에서 밀려났을 텐데, 그저 서울시 행정 서비스고 인프라 독점이라 존재하면서. 리뷰 답변조차 복붙으로 시작하는게 개그의 극치. 없으면 서울 시민만 불편하겠지만 기껏 만들어두고 사서 욕쳐먹는 어플/서비스는 아니어야할거아님? 그래서 우리보고 어쩌라고 라고 생각하는 공무원들 들으라고 하는 소리니 한번씩 뜨끔하시길 제발

앱 들어가서 대여하기 누르고 숫자 치거나 큐알 찍어도 아무것도 안뜨는건 일상이고 이건 앱 다시 들어가면 해결이라도 되지 이번엔 앱 자체가 계속 로딩만 뜨고 에러라고 뜨네요 뭐 어쩌라는건지

껏다키고 다시깔아봐도안되네요 빠른 해결 부탁드릴게요
