This podcast series “Cult in Culture” should be offered as a college course! I think Candice’s gift is to explore the complexities of Cult in culture. She is an authentic speaker, speaks from her inner soul and keeps a juicy balance with her brilliant, methodical research, studies and references. This podcast is a treasure: I have listened to all the conversations, some several times. It is such a wealth of a resource on Cult recovery. Candice Schutter’s meticulous study, discussions with experts and references to her sources makes it such a rich, intelligent exploration. Yet is keeps the human perspective constantly and throughout. Even in the most delicate conversations. Candice is authentic, curious and holds her guests with a gentle, compassionate attitude. She is brilliant at asking the questions, seeking that “deeper pulse”. The collaboration between Candice and Tracy is gold. Tracy’s emotion is raw and available. The org community is peppered with flying monkeys who would prefer that this podcast didn’t exist. I was fortunate to be interviewed by Candice and Tracy and I am so grateful for that healing experience. This is a brave journey of one woman who owned her voice and spoke up her truth. To be joined by Tracy, very bravely. Tracy and Candice gave a platform for many more voices, that turned into a wave of voices who are now changing the tide. Hopefully.
