Apple Podcasts

I would love for there to be a button that allows us to go straight to the bottom episodes of the podcast channel, because if I start a new podcast I don’t want to have to scroll all the way down, especially because some podcasts have been around for years.

I really dislike giving poor reviews to Apple products as generally they work very well and the interfaces are well-thought-out. But the Apple podcast app is absolutely horrifying. I just wish it would allow me to select the episodes I want, put them in a queue in the order I want and play them in that order without trying to manipulate it in any way. But it doesn’t. And it’s particularly frustrating when I go on my morning run and the podcast I expect to find in my playlist is not there and it’s full of previously played episodes, which are absolutely no use to me. It sounds really simple. Select podcasts that I want to play. Put them in a queue. Allow me to order the queue. Play the podcast in the order that I have put them in the queue. When I pause my podcast and return to it, allow me to continue from the point that I pause the podcast. And don’t keep trying to shove in weird podcast that I don’t want to listen to. Apparently, it’s not that simple or Apple would’ve done it. Oh wait, many third-party apps can do it quite easily. Come on Apple this app is awful. Please fix it.

Used to be a brilliant app. It’s slow, doesn’t update, doesn’t save the settings, deteriorated in efficiency over the past few updates. After many years of using this app, I decided to find an alternative that actually updates.

While I love podcasts, this app is frustrating. You if you have added podcasts to your playlist, there is no way to know which episode is playing next. There is no way of changing the play order, because there is no where to see what it is. I’m finding a different app…

Hi. Make no mistake, I love Apple Podcasts, and listen to a lot of podcasts on this platform. But… my last 3 podcasts have not resumed at the place I have left of, which is super frustrating. I have resumed, and then realized it has gone waaayyyy back and I am listening to stuff I have already heard, but I don’t know how far ahead I was. So I end up listening… what a massive waste of time! Please help! On that note: please could you build Ina. Bookmark system, like Audible has, so that we can bookmark a significant part of the podcast to come back to when we can make a note 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻

Good App, But Needs a Better Queue System The app is great, but I’d love a feature where I can add shows to a playback queue that remains even after playback. There should also be an option to save the queue as a playlist for future use. It would be even better if I could: • Create multiple saved queues • Reorder and edit the queue easily • Choose whether played items auto-clear or stay • Sync queues across devices This would make the playback experience much smoother! Hope the devs consider adding it.

Please add this functionality to search a specific chapter within a specific show
