Do not use as there is no backup support that works if the item you receive is damaged or does not work as the product comes from a non EU country - use the stores across Ireland like iConnect (Apple premium reseller ) so you get customer service if the product is faulty What is worse Apple do not even accept that the process has problems !

I remember when Apple apps were simple, just worked and were a good example for other devs. Now it’s the opposite. This app is just like others: forced updates, can’t remember your cart for more than 3 seconds.

To whom it may concern, Could you explain why you’ve updated an app,but can’t get access because I don’t have a 13.0 update when my iPad has only recently had an update to 12.5? Frustrated😠
