New account login but my devices all gone
My existing devices and automations all gone after this update.

Aqara Home is an app for smart home automation and control. With Aqara Home, you can:
1.
control Aqara accessories anywhere and anytime where there is Internet access;
2.
create homes and rooms and assign accessories to the rooms;
3.
control your Aqara accessories and check the status of connected appliances. For example:
*adjust the brightness of lights and check the power consumption of home appliances;
*monitor the temperature, humidity and air pressure;
*detect water leak, and human movement;
4. create Automations to automate your home. For example:
*set a timer to turn on or off an appliance connected to a smart plug;
*use a Door and Window Sensor to trigger lights: turn on lights automatically when the door opens;
5.
create Scenes to control multiple accessories. For example, add a Scene to turn on multiple lights and fans;
6.
ask Siri to control HomeKit supported Aqara accessories and user defined Scenes;
Aqara Home app supports following Aqara accessories: Aqara Hub, Smart Plug, Wireless Remote Switch, LED Light Bulb, Door and Window Sensor, Motion Sensor, Temperature and Humidity Sensor, Vibration Sensor, and Water Leak Sensor. Please see www.aqara.com for more details.

After latest updates shortcut not working!!
Unable to join home
After change phone, unable to join previous home. The invitation email is not send to recipient and even copy the link url, recipient still failed to join home with error “operation failed”. My issue was resolved after the Aqara support team assists me with detailed guidance. The error was because I’m not joining the same region as the inviter. A very helpful, quick response and professional support, excellent service!
Failed to link with HomeKit
After update latest IOS 17.0.3 few days ago until today failed to link with HomeKit, but manually use aqara still can work
Can’t use for iPhone 13 Pro Max
Screen freeze and can’t even login or register. Already tried delete and restart my phone also doesn’t help at all. I’ve tried my phone and my friend phone who’s also iPhone 13 Pro Max as well!
Roadblock
Camera Hub G2 Pro interface not working well after upgraded to latest version V3.2.5 - the whole app hang once entered the camera selection - camera timeline missing - couldn’t play back motion detected recorded video I’m on iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.2 Please help to check fix soonest!
Please inform the user if you are having downtime
It is very important to admit that there is downtime for your systems. It makes people think that there is something wrong from their end. For example, 26-6-2023 9pm your servers went down and all the hubs in SEA Region went offline while the CN region are ok. This makes people doing unnecessary work to look into their networks and some hub and automation required to setup again unnecessarily. But who am I kidding, the Chinese will never admit they are having problems in anything..
Love the app
App is easy to use though sometimes a little difficult to look for something. Should try to simplify to be more user friendly
