Aqara Home

This camera doorbell is hardly ok. Nothing more. The Aqara app does NOT produce an «ding dong» or any other obvious sound on your phone when the dorbell gets pushed, so you’ll never know if someones on the door unless youre near the hub. You’ll only get the standard notification sound from your phone, wich is pretty useless. Recorded clips are too short, recordings often starts too late, so… Aqara could have fixed this, but it doesnt seem to be a priority. By the way, the app doesnt allways show pictures from the camera. It does try to connect, but this usally takes forever. Luckily the picture shows up in Homekit right away. Only really upside with this unit is that it supports Apple homekit. But again; no option to push dedicated audio to your phone🤷‍♂️

Would it be possible to add some sort of push notification when a device goes offline from the hub, please.

Jeg har prøvd Mill sin smart kontakt for panelovner, men var ikke fornøyd med hvor dårlig de fungerte over WiFi. Kjøpte derfor i stedet en Aqara Hub, temperatur sensorer for hvert rom, og Aqara Smart Plug til hver panelovn. App’n lar meg lage ulike scener som jeg så kan knytte automasjoner til. Genialt! Så nå har jeg en komfort-scene som setter temperaturen mellom 22-25° og en natt/borte modus som senker temperaturen hjemme til 10-15°. Dette har jeg spart mye strøm på. Håper Aqara kommer med enda flere funksjoner til app’n, så smart styring av varme hjemme blir enda bedre. For eksempel muligheten til å lage virtuelle termostater med en smart plugg og en smart temperatur sensor slik man kan i Homey.

App shut down immediately after opening. Update made it useless

Worked perfectly fine until this last update. Now it disconnects all the time within a minute. The app complaining about poor connection even the camera is a meter away from router with 450mb down and up. Now it is completely useless.

Flott savner gas alarm

Aqara HOME with Camera Hub and humidity and temperature sensors is a great smart home system for those who want to monitor their home's (or boat as in my case) temperature and humidity levels, as well as keep an eye on any potential intruders with the camera hub. The system is easy to set up and use, and the sensors provide accurate readings. The camera hub also has good video quality and can be accessed remotely through the Aqara app. Overall, Aqara HOME with Camera Hub and humidity and temperature sensors is a reliable and convenient smart home system in the budget class.
