Abandoned
This app has basically been abandoned in favour of their new product called Dia. Such a dumb decision but they have to spend VC money somehow.

5 stars for the browser features. Negative 4 stars for the app not being an iPad native (or even better, a responsive) app.
This is the most minimal browser there is, and in all the best ways. No ads and auto-cookie consent makes the experience smooth and coupled with fast animations, there none other like it. It still could use a few more improvements, like: * Siri can't currently read out an article if I use the "read this" voice command. This works in the Safari browser without issue. * Currently the browser doesn't have support for extensions, which means it's sorely missing auto-switching between dark and light mode. I used Dark Reader on Safari, but the ideal solution would be a built-in auto-dark mode function. * On the topic of the reader mode, options for text font, size and background colors would be excellent.
The Search engine that does it all; before I had to use Chat gpt/Safari if I wanted an answer to my many queries. This app is both. Definitely worth a try. 10/10
It’s fast and easy to use. Clears tabs for you and works well with it desktop sibling
Love it everything about this browser the ui is so clean browse for me is soooo useful this completely replaced safari for me the only suggestion I have is when searching u have google voice and google photo search when u click on it u cant use it in app it redirects u to google Anyway to fix? If not still a great app highly recommend it
It’s the best browser I’ve ever used. It’s fast, it’s got a great ui/ux, it’s easy to use and most importantly it blocks ads and this gives the user an enjoyable frictionless experience.
Very concise and simple. Love it x
Not a bad browser. I actually like it. I made it my default browser at one point until I had to switch back to safari as my default browser. The reason why was because most times when I’m using Arc, the screen freezes. It stays frozen for a pretty long time. I always have to close the app and re-open it. It kept on happening too often. If you guys can fix that problem I will definitely revert back to Arc as my main default browser. That’s the only reason I’m giving this app a 4 star.
It took me a while before I was willing to migrate from my beloved Safari setup to the Arc ecosystem, but after giving Arc a few months to get a bit more stable and feature-complete, I found the courage to give it an honest effort. And I LOVED it! Arc is a spectacular browser on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. I rarely use the more gimmicky features in apps, but The Browser Company has found surprisingly effective ways to integrate LLMs into Arc Search and I use many of the features constantly (pinch-to-summarize, browse for me, etc.). It may be more controversial, but I really enjoy Arc’s methodology about tabs and auto-archiving. I learned several years ago that iOS was designed from the beginning for users to never close apps. It would automatically manage when resources should be allocated to each app. Arc is much the same. They understand that most users when they use their browser are using it for transient reasons and don’t need their tabs to stay around for much more than a few minutes. It’s surprisingly refreshing to let an app handle that busywork for me. I think my disappointment with Arc comes from the swirling rumors on Reddit regarding The Browser Company “abandoning” Arc to embrace their new product, Dia. If Dia is at least as effective as Arc, I’ll happily switch. But it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that a product with as much promise and potential as Arc is already (allegedly) being abandoned. I’m excited to see what The Browser Company will do in the future. Their browser ecosystem is inspiring and wonderful to use. I just hope they find an ethical way to turn a profit before their VC funding runs dry.
