Arccos Caddie

DO NOT BUY! this company keeps charging after cancelation and there is no customer service to be found. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Bought both sensors and a link, and had an expectation that this would at least track my game. But this was a huge disappointment! I was really careful keeping clubs upside down and not trying to trigger the sensors when it wasn’t my turn etc. The instructions were extensive and seems to rely on sound, so I was very careful not covering the link and everything. But none of that mattered, here are some MAJOR problems: 1. App misses about 50% of the shots. Adding and editing when in a game is extremely hard and you end up just not caring after a while. 2. GPS and map is miles behind GameBook or even a basic watch, maps are old and you can’t measure or move any marker around? Am I missing something, the map is useless?! 3. Not only does the app miss shot, it adds fake shots as well. A ball rolling in a slope can be registered as a backwards shot. Also small putts (< 1m) isn’t even shown on the map, just in the list so you can’t se them on the map. 4. After playing my first round and saving it in the app, the apps main page still doesn’t show any statistics, telling me I need to play a round before it can show any data. Is this a bug? Don’t buy this, it’s more of a prototype product than a serious product. I want my money back. 👎👎👎

Har varit supernöjd med Arccos-appen för både min iPhone och Apple Watch. Dock så verkar det ha blivit sämre senaste 2 veckorna. Mina senaste 3 rundor (dagens runda inräknat) så varnar min klocka för lågt batteri vid hål 16.. Jag har aldrig haft problem med detta tidigare, men nu så kan jag inte komma runt 1 runda på klockan… Det är Apple Watch series 5, inga andra appar igång, och har även stängt av ”Allways on” på skärmen… Är som sagt oerhört nöjd med appen, men att den inte fungerar fullt ut på klockan på sista tiden gör att jag inte ger fullt betyg.

Bra funktioner, superstatisik + alldeles utmärkt service om något skulle mot förmodan strula.

ALLA FÖRETAG borde ha en kundservice som Arccos. När något går sönder. Inte tusen frågor som mer eller mindre idiotförklarar en kund. Några väsentliga frågor och om det inte funkar, då byter dom ut grejerna. Jag skrev till dom och exakt 13 minuter senare hade jag fått ett väldigt långt, väldigt trevligt och väldigt utförligt svar. Jag håller tummarna för att smartgrip kommer i midsize. Fick en liten hint i mailet om att det kommer nästa år. Då blir detta system ultimat. Jag har spelat runt 125 18 håls rundor detta året och lika många 9:or. Har fått fantastisk mycket statistik tack vare Arccos. Har lagt mer fokus på att träna det som Arccos tycker att jag är sämre på. Har sänkt mig från 14,2 till 7,4 detta året, jag spelade min tredje säsong nu.

Love this.. every shot is registrered , improve My game, i have went from 11hcp to 9,0hcp in just few months and much of this is help from Arccos..

$200 a year is way too much for this. It’s difficult and extremely inconvenient to cancel the membership. I despise Arccos membership system.

I bought the sensors, tried to activate, paired but wouldn’t retain the paired sensors. Wrote Arccos multiple times and didn’t get any response. Super frustrating, huge waste of time and money.

Let’s just start by saying Arccos has some of the best data analytics of any app. So much info to analyze your game and improve. Unfortunately, getting this data is often effortful and expensive. The app is still clunky with missed shots, the post round info is difficult to see on the phone (some data doesn’t even align correctly to the edges), and the hole by hole graphics are average at best when compared to other apps. For the price of the subscription it’s still not worth it.

It has huge potential, it is only capturing about 70% of my shots. I have the link and wear it right up front to minimize interference but still it misses a bit more then I had hoped.
