O aplicativo cobrou o plano anual que custa quase 200,00 sem minha autorização e dentro do prazo de 7 dias (prazo que eles dizem que é grátis). Irresponsáveis e caloteiros!!!

O aplicativo me cobrou um plano anual mesmo tendo escrito “teste gratuitamente” e agora não me respondem corretamente mesmo eu tendo explicado a situação.

RECLAMAÇÃO COBRANÇA INDEVIDA
Baixei o aplicativo e não fiz nenhuma assinatura! E para minha surpresa recebi a cobrança de 109,00 reais, sendo que nem mais tinha o app no celular. Baixei e logo após exclui. Ao entrar em contato por e-mail, me disseram que eu tinha feito sim a assinatura e deram isso como resposta! absurdo. O valor foi cobrado diretamente na minha conta da Apple
