How to unlink my acc on this acc??🥺 I know how to unlink but I can’t see this app. Before clicking confirm button i read the policy if u want cancel the description go to the apple id and u can cancel it but can’t see:(( please unlink my acc. I thought i can cancel this after 1-3days free trial. Php259 is too big for me:(( please take my money back🥺. I gave 4stars b’coz the app really good for simple editing. REFUND MY MONEY

My subscription automatically renewed today after my 7 days free trial. I wasn't aware that it was auto-renew. I tried emailing you regarding my concern. Is there anyway to refund my money? There was no pop up message or notification or anything that you were going to charge me already. I just received a text message that 1,550 was already deducted on my account. IS THERE ANYWAY TO REFUND MY MONEY? 1,550php is a big money. And paying 1,550 for your application isn't even worth it. REFUND MY MONEY.

IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED

I thought you can cancel subscription but then it suddenly just get the 1,550 to your gcash account without noticing for one last time.

Wrong Subscription

I downloaded the application today and it says I have 7 days free trial and then suddenly the subscription pop out and i got approved because i'm using face recognation. I didn't got a chance to read the agreement, then a message came that they deducted on my gcash account 1,550 pesos. Why is it automatic for 1 year? 1550 is a big money, you only have few templates. I have a new born baby and I don't have a work because of the pandemic. Is there anyway that I can refund my money? Please notice this message cause I badly need that for more important things
